So named because it was the last peak of the Organs to be climbed, not the last geographically. Last Peak sits just north of the Cwm, an irregular cylinder sliced off at the top by a plane tilted westward at about 30 degrees.

Approach as for the Cwm W Side, Route 18b, then continue roughly parallel to the Organ Ridge to a point on the SW Side where the wall is low and considerably broken up. Climb up easy rock for one long pitch, which places you on the gently inclined summit plane. From here you can walk to the actual summit at the northern tip of this plane, or climb to a secondary summit at the top of a prominent tit which protrudes from this plane.
Descend via the ascent route by rappel from a fine solid juniper.
